17- How are the Products packed and protected against damage during shipment?
All our Products are shipped dismantled. Individual labelled parts of the Item are packed in the bubble wrap and wrapping paper and then they are put into the thickest 5-layer cardboard box with a protective lining. Every package contains assembly instructions and a guarantee document.
If you order More Than One Item, or same Item more than One, We Will ship out Each Item separately, in different Tracking Number, and probably won’t get to your address at the same time.
18-There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

22-I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team if you have not received your parcel after 75 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

24-Can I assemble the products myself?
Our Products can be assembled by any person with average technical knowledge. The assembly is described in detail in the attached assembly instructions. The electrical installation of the Products needs to be done by a qualified and trained person with electrical qualification. We can Send you Video Details for Assembling.
25-Is it possible to adjust the length of the hanging chain?
Yes, the chain can be shortened or extended (the extension is for free charge). Next to the detailed photograph of every Item there is the height of the chandelier without the chain, the standard chain length and the total length of the chandelier including the chain. If you need a longer or shorter chain, please note it in the Your comment field in the order or contact us Customer Care Team . then you will be able to finish the ordering process.
